I am a  Computer Repairs and Maintenance Services technician (both hardware and software) based in Worthing,  West Sussex,  operating from both workshop facilities and on-site. 

 Being an independent sole trader I am very customer focussed and will always go that extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction.   The service I provide is all embracing from once I start a job to finishing it - I do not like to leave loose ends and follow-up support is a key element in my approach.  I strive to treat people the way I would like to be treated myself and any concerns over service are dealth with a s a matter of urgency.   

VTCM doesn't just fix a computer/laptop and hand it back to you - if the item needs to be configured on-site after a repair  then I do not take payment until that has been satisfactorily achieved.  That's the way I operate and that's the way it should be!  And if the repair has to be undertaken on-site for practical or business critical reasons then my trusty red car takes me there!!!
